KEEP THE DREAM ALIVE
Perhaps, if we could only fight hard enough
To Keep the Dream Alive,
All the Magic might not go
Out of our lives.
It is true that the Age of Chivalry
Is not yet dead.
But, surely, an Age has never been
So sorely wounded and yet survived,
And, if it does pass away,
What will be left for those of us
With souls to save
And broken hearts to mend?
If we all receive Justice,
There will be no place for Mercy,
And no God to cry to
In that
merciless dawn.
We must have our Heaven now,
While we can still use it,
And, for this, we must do more than pray:
We must
act.
For this, we must live a life
That will stand as a monument
To the Glory of what we believe in
And the God that we worship,
For there will be no Fifth Amendment
On the
Day of Judgment.
